Plan for a $62.02 application fee per adult, plus a $200 holding deposit that applies toward your total security deposit. Deposits run $850 for studios, one-, and two-bedrooms, and $1,100 for three-bedrooms (on approved credit). The application fee is non-refundable and due at submission.
